Connie,
It is much less of a hassle to get ELISA viral testing kits and do it yourself than to send a specimen to Critter Creek.
You just have to take care to do the test properly and it is fairly simple. Goto Agdia.com...you have to buy 25 kits at a time for about $120 but they are good for one year. If you buy orchids frequently or if you have a "friend" who also buys and between you have 25+ per year to test, viola! Purchase the combined strip which tests for CymMV and ORSV.

It will take less than one week for your ELISA kits to arrive by mail.
This is well worth the money imo considering what is spent by me and it sounds like possibly you in the course of a year on orchids. One virused plant can harm your entire collection and once you start testing you will see. I have had three plants out of the last 10 I ordered come up positive!
Understand though, that a plant could still have virus and test negative if the viral load is small...so "sterile" repotting techniques still need to be used.
I have tested about 110 plants in the last 6 months and most of the positive specimens are phals and oncidium types.
This does not look like normal aging to me as even the leaf below this one has some irregular areas of pallor to it that is not normal.
I would isolate this plant until you have squared away what you have.
If it is CymMV positive, just enjoy her until she fades away but in isolation. If it is ORSV positive, pitch the plant. Personally, I take a photo of my test and contact the vendor. Most honorable vendors will at least give you a credit towards another purchase.
If both are negative than YIPEE!
Treat for fungus. I get my fungicides from rosemania.com...they have stuff that will kill everything possible 'cus I've said before rose growers are quite crazy!
