How to help eaten Restrepia to recover... Male

Probably a slugs. Slugs are mainly active in the evening / night. So check your plants after sun set. You can try to catch them on lettuce leaves, hollowed potatoes, beer traps, etc. Your local garden center might have some anti slug products (some chemical / some organic). Plants can recover rather well there is several Restrepia's in the greenhouse of my parents with holes in their leaves usually they do just fine without rotting.
