Big yellow spots on leaves
Hi, everybody!
There are some yellow spots progressing on my phal, would you please take a look at them and find out what they are? I've been spraying with fungicide for about a week, but haven't noticed any changes. It spreads out slowly. I really started to panic when I saw another leaf damaged same way. I don't know what this might be, never seen it before. Some kind of fungus??

Here is another leaf:

I don't think that it is a fungus.
My first thought would have been that the plant had gotten sun burn. Any bright sun shining on the plant?

Yeah, it's been near a window for a while. if you remember this is the same phal to which I had to cut a leaf off. The thing is that when I realized it's getting a sunburn I took it away from window and only one leaf was damaged which I already cut off. Now I see these yellow spots are getting bigger and involve more leaves. It's been in shade for about a month and even produced a spike But these spots scare me I can't stand when some of my orchids die, I then have a depression for about a week Hopefully, it'll be okay...

I'm not sure about that black spot. It's probably a tiny area that has died for a while and turned black.
Or a water droplet that caused rot

How have you been feeding your plant? Has it been geting good nitrogen, calcium and magnisium?
I think your plant will recover fine. Phals usually do recover and grow new leaves fast.

Oh, yeah, I feed it every other watering. When it grows leaves I feed it with 31-11-11, when I see it's ready for a spike I give it 9-59-11. So, no problem on that...

I don't think your phal will die. It looks like it's getting a new healthy leaf. If a plant has fungus, it will appear as brown or black mushy spots on leaves or roots. Out of curiosity is there anything on the underside of those yellowing leaves?

Same yellowish thing but not as bright as on the outer side and much less in diameter.
