Default Hknsa Carmela

I've had this in my front bay window (faces NW) for about a year. It has grown and bloomed.

In February I added two T5's as supplemental lighting. Watered all the orchids, and within the next couple of days, noticed marks on the leaves of this one plant. I could have gotten water of the leaf. The pattern was similar to popped soap bubbles. Isolated it, and kept watch and nothing much happened. The leaves are slowly looking worse but the damage is not spreading. These were taken today.

I don't know what it is, the youngest foliage is fine and it has three new shoots. Any ideas??

I'm not sure what it is from but the plant should be ok because the foliage is normal.
I noticed plants turning red once they are under suplimental lighting and one had a spot on its leaf tip similar to yours, I'm not sure why

I'm not sure what marks are you talking about. I don't see anything suspicious on your photos.

It's most obvious on the last picture, but there is definitely splotchy color break near the end of the leaf.

I see them now. I refrain from making guesses, because I'm not sure what is that. I would keep it isolated for few months. Is there any spot pattern or they are chaotic?

T5s are very bright and going from a NW exposure to high light will create a situation similar to sunburn. I've done this to a few of my plants in the past as well. Let 'em get accustomed to the new light and all should be well in the future.
