What do you think caused these spots on this phal?

Good morning! I bought this Phal manii at a show last week. It had these spots on two of the leaves when I got it. I have seen it before, on dens and phals. Never seems to get worse or cause death, but it is ugly. Is it a fungus? Can it be prevented? Are some plants more likely to get it? By the way, I grow outside and it is hot and humid here. So the growing conditions can't be changed very much.

The first pic is the underside of leaf, the second it the top. Next is the newest leaf, then the flowers. Other than spots, plant is healthy.

I'm guessing fungus? Some of my plants have spots like these on their newest leaves, as well as other, more unsightly spots. They get worse after the rain, so that's why I have my suspicions.

I think some of my orchids were dalmatians in a past life, with all those spots.
