Default Back spots and leave eating on an Oncidium.

This is my favorite orchid plant. I have had it for over two years and it is finally spiking for the first time. I have had it outdoors until recently. This morning I noticed it has some leaf damage. I have posted a picture of the damage. Any ideas what could be eating my plants and what is the best way of getting rid of the pest without harming my baby? I am not sure what type of Oncidium it is... It does have a lovely chocolate aroma when it is in bloom.

Please help!

Duh, if I'd just read a bit further!
It kind of looks like grasshopper damage.
