Draculas and Masdevallias need good air circulation to prevent mold. Try a small fan. Three times a year I treat them with a fungicide for rose's. I grow mine in a old fish tank to keep the humidity around 75% . I also use a mix of spragnum moss, perlite, and tree fern.
