well they were better looking then that , no leaves were wrinkled and yes i check the media, it looks rather odd, but nothing i thought would take me to caution.(more images)(1st three are the one brownish-yellow leaf)
(2nd four is how the media looks like)
i wraped the baby one phal(small, purple looking one) in sphagnum moss and repotted it. hopefully it grows new roots.

Natalia, I don't know what to say except that I had a Phal that had leaves do that and one by one they died and then the plant died.
It is a sign of waterlogged (overwater) and it might have already started before you got the plant. Mine was my own fault (my first Phal learning experience). Once the leaves peeled off then the crown started to rot and mold.
I think your plant was not healthy to begin with. It may have looked healthy up top, but I suspect the roots near the crown are dying from rot.
This is exactly what happened to mine.
I will have to leave suggestions to the experts because I was unsuccessful in saving mine from this problem.
Good luck...and so sorry.

What is this?!!
Ok im expieremanting with my orchid, yellow leaves(!), and "black" around the base of the orchid, I took it out of the moss, letting it to air dry i need to know (1) how long should i keep it air drying (2) I use moss instead of bark (3) watered it once a week or until the moss was dry......
What should i do =(
I keep it in my house, indirect sunlight, and cut the stem so the orchid has energy to recover

yes, I recently had a phal with crown rot, the whole plant rotted away, but the roots looked good, so I just continued to care for it, and now about 2 months later it has a small basal keiki.
