Bulbophyllum falcatum with leaf spots and drop

This Bulbophyllum falcatum is otherwise gorgeous, but two days ago I noticed an increase in leaf drop and upon further inspection many (10-15) of these discolored splotchy leaves. I have not noticed these symptoms on this plant before but know that the other Bulbo's do typically spot up before leaf drop. I suppose I am quite the amateur in my research abilities as I was unable to gather what these symptoms might be. Got any ideas? Thank's so much for your help ~Keren
