Possibly cold damage. Has the plant had a chill lately
or cold water dripping on it?

Oh God no. It's HOT down here.
70's at night, 90's at day.
And this just came up in late May, early June.
Only chid with it, out of HUNDREDS in my chid hotel.

How was the air circulation in the orchid hotel just before the incident?

I would immediately take that PLANT AWAY from the others- if it has something the last thing you want is for it to spread to the rest of the orchids.
First isolate it, to me it looks like fungal the sunked black marks and the leaf looks wrinkly- I would hack that leaf off as it going to rot off anyhow and dont want it to spread- I think a systemic fungicide might be in order.
Wait and see what others have to say, but isolate it asap-

She gets good winds, as the back yard usually always has a breeze.

I have her in a 15" hanging basket with 3 other phals. Kinda hard to pull her out, as they are all grown into each other. Guess I'll cut her off, and see how the rest go... thx
