Oh Great! Now i have RED crawling aliens!!
Somebody please.... PLEASE tell me that these little red spider looking things won't harm my babies!!?? Should i be worried? If so how do i kill them??
If they're red spider mites, I just use an insecticidal soap. They are usually pretty easy to get rid of. I don't know the extent of damage they can cause, I get rid of them as quick as I notice them.

Any hardware store, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. Just look in the fertilizer, pest department. There are several brands, I currently have Garden Safe from Home Depot. It's cheap and it works.

Thank you sooo much! I will look for it this weekend! Is it safe to use on flowers?
I have never used it on orchid flowers, I've only seen the mites on the base and leaves of the plants and on the potting media. I have sprayed it on my angel wing begonia flowers with no ill effects.
