That really looks like it was bumped against something to me. I'm sure you will get some more responses from people better suited. I have some Phal leaves that look like that.

I agree with Amanda - just looks like a battle wound. Seems to be healing fine. I wouldn't worry unless it gets worse or there are other problems.
