Is my orchid sick? I found this blotch

I got this Phal from the grocery store and all the leaves are smooth except this one and its freaking me out should i quarantiene it what is happening is it. I'm reading about all these terrible things and im really paranoid now...

should i cut it off?

i think thats grocery-store-itis....the change in humidity and temp from the greenhouse where it was raised to the trucks to the retail market leaves wear and tear on the leaves and flowers...that is what it looks like to me...i could be wrong...you dont see any little buggies under the leaf do you?? if not, i think you are ok...

It looks fine to me--I've had a couple that looked like that that were rescued from big box stores and new leaves came in perfect and none of the other plants got sick.

I think it's probably a blemish that happened in transit to the store. I can't see it that well.
I would like to make a suggestion, though. Whenever you buy a new orchid, no matter where from, I suggest that you keep it away from your others for about a month. Is there some place that has the right light and temps that you could isolate from others? You just never know what might be lurking and it's best not to have anything spread to the others. That's what I always do and it's paid off more than once.
