this is my poor orchid. i water her once every twice a weak and has some what of afternoon sunlight. i think i overwater her but I'm not sure. also she on fertilizer called Green Green.
i'm hoping it just overwatering and not a disease

Your pictures are telling me your plant was overwatered. This is not the best time to repot, but it may be the only way to save your plant. You are going to need to cut the good green part of the plant (with the white roots or good substance) away from the larger part of plant keeping as much of them intact as possible. It appears the plant is in about a 5-6" pot. When you have the good part away from the rest of the plant repot good part into a tighter pot, I am guessing about a 4-5" pot with good drainage. Once you are in a smaller pot with new mix twice a week watering maybe about right, but always check it first. The main part of the plant in the pot may not have any roots left and may have to be discarded. The plants looks to be an Oncidium type so you want to keep it in all day bright light, not direct sun though. At this time of the year I would keep fertilizing down to about 1-2 a month half strength. I hope this helps you out, Good Luck.
