I have five orchids from an online purchase that came in a condition similar to yours. no live roots. i put three in s/h. the one onc was so far gone, i just threw it out yesterday. two others are doing nothing. the others that i put in bark have new growth and new roots. the older shriveled pbulbs have not fattened up but the new growth looks great. sadly my sick babies look like yours but i only have been growing for one year and am no expert.
Hi , the only thing I will add to the good info. already posted is in picture number 2 looks like there is a rotted P bulb if it is soft then it should be removed with a sterile blade where is is attached to the rhizome if there is dark in the rhizome cut until it is clear . I use straight peroxcide on the cut then pack with cinnamon , try to avoid water sitting on the cut .. Good luck with them ... Gin
