Default Cattleya Virus or not

Hello everyone,
I recently received this plant, and Im not sure what is going on with it, have kept it away from the rest of my plants-
I want to know if this is sunburn damage or virus- I am no Catt expert so Im seeking advice.

I share your suspicion especially since the damage penetrates to the underside of leaves. Of course testing for virus is the way to go if you really value the plant.

I am no virus expert but my best guess is yes it's virused. The 3rd pic showing how the veins are affected makes me think its a virus. I'd get a test done if you like this plant. Critter Creek Labs is a good testing lab.

That looks like it could be the dreaded virus . Is that a new plant or have you had the plant for some time . Examine your other plants carefully , if possible buy a virus test kit and test any plants you may suspect has virus . Also check for sap sucking bugs in amongst your plants ,that virus must have come from somewhere.
Don't handle your plants unnecessary. It is also wise to spray your benches down with physan 20

im suspecting virus too unfortunately, i'll probably leave this one at a friends house who doesnt grow plants and get it and a few others tested while Im at it!
I'll report back when I get the results~
Thanks everyone, i'll get some systemic spray immediately just to be on the safe side!
