Hello all its been awhile. Last time I wrote in my Phall s leaves were drooping and listless. It had one spire, which I have now cut off leaving a shot 2" piece sticking up. I got rid of all the moss which was holding the moisture in and ended up rotting the airroots. Now how do I go about getting new air roots to start growing? I have 2 wee short airroots but they show no new growth in over 2 months.

.
It sits ina west window about 3 ' back from the direct sun.
It has 3 leaves which are nice and green but limp , very limp. I read here about a root stimulant ( KSB or something like that)
Whats the next step? Im In Vancouver area of BC Canada
Thank you all for your help and guidance to this newbie.
