Pics of Phals with Thinning Leaves?? Help plz!

Hi everyone!!

I have some Phals giving me some trouble

The are getting these Thinning spots on them, that I can literly see my fingers through!

The start out thinning, then totally dry out, as you'll see the progress in the pics Of All different Phals, in all different stages.

I don't know what is causing these Spots like this?

Any ideas out there?

What'd I do wrong? And what should I do to fix??

And, will this kill my babies??
