Uneven color, wrinkle leaves

This is another one of the five that I rescued.
Is this lack of water? Too much water? Normal

This has huge droopy leaves. Normal

This is most likely due to lack of water getting to the plant. This could just be from them not being watered often enough. However, it could just as easily be from them being watered too frequently, which causes the roots to rot, and if the roots have gone bad, they will not do their job of getting water to the rest of the plant. I'd repot them, to see how the roots are, before making a decision about watering.

Thanks for your answer! The roots are big and look healthy. So maybe is underwatering!

The second one (second post) looks great! That is totally what you want to see for Phals. The first one looks funky to me. Not sure why. I have one wilting right now (bad roots) and it doesn't look like yours. I'm just not sure on the first one.

The first pics looks exetly like the one i brought home from my work, to try to save. This was due to too little water, and it perked back to almost normal after a little time with carefull introducing more water *s*
