Sick Leaves?
Default Sick Leaves?

It started with just a thick whitish thing on the leaf and some grainy black stuff like poppy seeds(but smaller) started to appear on the back of the leaves then appeared on the front. the orchid is a dendrodium

Hard to tell from your pics.. would be great to get a macro view...but it looks like it may be a mold?????? Try a fungicide?????

It almost looks like mildew (fungus). I don't think spraying with a fungicide will hurt. Try Daconil (Chorothalonil) or Immunox (Myclobutanil). Both are available at big box stores or garden centers and are sold as concentrate or ready-mix.

I agree. That looks like a bad case of mite damage.

Some options:
1. Systemic insecticide.
2. Increase humidity (spider mites prefer dry conditions)
3. Spraying neem oil is also said to help eliminate spider mite infestations.
