Default Help! Noobie with leaf damage

Can anybody help me?
Will this orchid survive?
Whats wrong here and is there anything I can do for it?

is it an oncidium? just cut off the damaged leaf parts and treat the cuts with a fungicide(cinnimon or other) it should be fine.
