Phalaenopsis slowly losing its leaves...please help!
Question
Thank you for the feedback. I had a feeling they should look more like what you showed me and not the greenish brown color they are now.

Do you have any idea what caused them to be that way? Overwatering? Not the right kind of light? Little to no air movement?

Also, how will I know if the plant is growing new roots? I can't imagine it is good to keep taking it out of the pot?

Should I keep watering it once a week or more/less because it is in a smaller pot in more sun?
