Is it natural for pseudobulbs to shrivel and go slightly yellow as they age? They are not the new ones but rather older growths, and all of the new growths are putting off even newer growths. I thought maybe this means that the plants aren't getting enough water and are being emptied? Don't have pics right now but any advice is appreciated...
Pics would help, and I'd defer to the opinions and thoughts of some other OB members who have more experience than me, but...It's my understanding that it's completely natural that older pBulbs pucker some. And, I don't know exactly how shriveled yours are, but some species' pBulbs just have a less uniformly round shape.
This is not normal. Old pbulbs do die, but long after they have lost their leaves. I would suggest you mount this plant. Its possible that you have unhealthy or dead roots.
It looks like you are keeping it too wet?
