Default Blisters on phal leaf.

Ive got a phal with something that looks like small blisters on one leaf. Its still healthy looking, growing a new leaf, and its only got the blisters on the tip of one leaf.
I tried to take a pic, but it doesent show, as the leaf is still green, and the blisters looks like small bubbles with green "juice" in.
Could this be because of the sun? Its been adjusted slowly into the light, and is currently standing in a window with sun only late in the afternoon. The sun isent strong, and the other phals is loving this place, making new leafs and spikes.

It could be Oedema - see this link - Oedema Factsheet
I have had a few on my phal leaves and it isn't detrimental to the plant - it's just cosmetic.

Thanks Dorothy! I think this may be the problem...
After what i read in you link, i think maybe its due to the watering, temprature and humidity. I use moss to upper the humidity, but mabe i have used too much moss in the outher-pot.
