Looks awfully dry to me, and the leaves look like it's suffereing from the overall culture. Tell us more about your growing conditions and watering/feeding regimen.

Those spikes are goners.

I keep it in a bright indirect sunlight with other phalaenopsis.I feed them with 20-20-20 fertilizer which also have magnesium and some micronutrients except sulphur and calcium almost similar composition like omex bio 20 fertilizer at around 170 ppm N.. I also add calcium edta 10% at 1 gm/liter and mg edta 6% at 1gm/l mixed with every watering. I use RO water as tap water here is very hard. Potting medium is small pine bark and some sphagnum moss near the crown and upper portion .leaves are firm but doesn't look good maybe because hard water and dirt deposited on leaves.I noticed mini mark spike growth is very slow compared to my other phalaenopsis and leaf colour is slightly blackish green.ambient temperature is 30-32c at day and 18-20 c at light. I am attaching some more image.the roots are still green at the bottom of the pot and I usually water when all media becomes completely dry.

It looks like not enough water. Do you live in a low humidity area? I do, and I must water my Phals. before the medium is completely dry to prevent leaf wrinkling.

I use tap water for my Phals. It has 600-1200 parts per million (or mg/liter) of total dissolved solids. The minerals are mostly calcium and magnesium carbonates so I don't need to supplement these elements.

Nope. I live in high humidity area except short winter time November to february middle when humidity is low. Should I water when top medium begins to dry out or when medium is completely dry? My other phalaenopsis are doing file. I follow same routine for every phalaenopsis..water when medium is completely dry..but unlike others this pot doesn't have side holes. So it takes time to dry out at the bottom.
