Are these black spots a virus/fungal infection on my Cattleya walkeriana?

Hello guys!

I have had this cattleya walkeriana var. coerulea for a while and it arrived with these black spots on the underside of the leaves and brown marks around the other side. They are all only on the older growths. I was wondering if it could be some kind of disease. The newest growth as you can see under my care produced 2 leaves instead of 1 which may be a good sign? They are honestly quite small spots and I haven't seen much progression of it towards the newer leaves (some not under my care). Could they also just be pigmentation marks due to high light? They are under grow lights.

It's likely old damage. It could have been from heat/light stress, scale insects, mealybugs or spider mites. It's not on the new growth.

The older parts show severe water stress. They shouldn't be wrinkled like that. I don't see it much on the newer growth.

I see, it makes sense. The small black spots I guess they are from the light because I just saw the newest growth has one tiny black spot. Thanks a lot!
