Possible fungus on bulbo mastersianum? European fungicide recommendations?

Hey people.

Is this a fungus? it appeared on this new bulbophylly mastersianum after purchase. It's a division of 3 pseudobulbs. if it is a fungus. what fungicide would you recommend that's available in europe? I've tried doing research but i cannot for the life of me find out what fungicide are all available in Europe. let alone which one i need and it's stressing me out a lot.

PS: the spots appear a bit darker in real life and they're sunken a little bit, for further context.

Was it shipped? That might be cold damage.

it was, yes. it did come with a heat pack. i was wondering if it was cold damage as well. can it look like this then? because eventually i parted with the idea because it looked so fungus-like, but maybe i'm wrong in that regard.

Fungus usually occurs with hot and humid conditions, and low air circulation. I think this is more likely cold damage.

i was under the impression that they need cooler environments, or am i mistaken there? this is what i;'e always read and been told by others. heat tends to keep fungus away, i thought?

i guess i'm a bit wary because the last mastersianum that i got arrived with some bacterial spot or fungal spot issue. i had to replace it with this one, unfortunately
