It may be, Guignardia or Black Rot
What I will suggest. Spray pesticide.. then next day dip it in mixture of fungicide (manconzeb + carbendazim) and antibiotic (plantomycin). For 15 mints. Then next wk pesticide spray, then after 1 wk fungicide plus antibiotic dipping... do it 3 times atleast.. and see
