Arrowhead or hammerhead flatworm.

They live in soil and apparently dine on mollusks.

Thanks guys, this one got away now but I caught it on the inside lip of the large pot that one of my olive trees are in. When I was watering the tree, it came up, so Im glad it got away. Figure it must be dining on some of the snails around. It was very slimmy feeling. Never saw one before.
