It's tedious, but it can be eradicated.
Many herbicides, including Roundup, Southern Ag Crossbow, and others will work.
One method to drastically reduce it is to repot evertything into fresh medium, leving you with a reduce infestation to deal with.
Pull out or cut back what you can, and for any exposed stems that remain, dip a Q-tip in the undiluted herbicide and carefully dab the stem (only). The herbicide will travel down to the roots and kill them, with no damage to the orchids.
