Not sure how to save this Phal Blue Wang
I got this Phal Blue wang a month or two back immediately it started to loose leaves and dying. I gave it time to adjust but I’m at a lose of what to do now. It’s losing its third to last leaf

Leaves actually don't look bad... roots don't look wonderful. If roots are bad, the plant will shed leaves in an attempt to conserve water.
Pot it up in your favorite mix (I like bark, other people like sphagnum), water it so the medium is damp but not soggy - air in the root zone is vital. If you have some Kelpak, that may help kick-start new root growth.

Maybe a 1 hour soak to start at the recommenfed dilution, then use it the water about once a month - maybe 2 week intervals for just a couple of times, but then drop back to what the directions say. More is not better. (Ray may want to modify these instructions... he's the expert on Kelpak)

Phals. love those conditions. I agree, pot it in something with lots of air at the roots. Put it in bright shade. It should grow well.
