Disease, Dehydration or Sunburn
Do you think these Phalaenopsis orchid leaves simply show signs of dehydration and/or sunburn, or do you think there's some sort of disease going on?

The things that come to mind are insufficient watering, high light and spider mites. How are you growing them?

Yes, that makes sense. They've been in a south-facing window. However, direct light is blocked by a nearby
building. And, I see the dotted pattern on the leaves - spider mites.
