As Ray says, that spike appears to be damaged at its base, and I would cut it off, then trim it up to where it's still green and put it in a vase to enjoy the flowers for a little while longer. But the rest of the plant, leaves, roots, and the other two spikes look very healthy. Get it into an appropriate pot and medium and provide the best care and culture you can, and it should be fine.
