Angry Tiny black spots on Bulbophyllum alagense

Hi all, I've recently noticed small black dots predominantly on the back of my bulbophyllum alagense's leaves. Of course, the leaves are quite small and thus so are the spots. The leaves which had the dots were mostly, but not entirely localized to one section of the plant. I've been growing it for a few months in my setup and only recently noticed it. Little has changed in terms of the setups parameters.

I grow in a reptile enclosure with essentially plastic-wrapped sides except for the bottom-most panel. The humidity stays consistently at 80% with temps 65-80f (max) or 18-27c. I have a small fan that runs constantly which lets mounted plants mostly dry up within 24 hours. I use an aquarium LED light with pretty moderate intensity. The enclosure is by no means airtight, but perhaps isn't getting enough fresh air despite the constant air movement?

Been looking around on the board and st. Augustine's website but am having a hard time figuring it out. Thanks a lot in advance. This board has helped me so much in my growing

Welcome to the Orchid Board. Overall it looks good. I wouldn't worry about those spots.
