Default Cattleya leaf sunken marks

Any idea of what this might be? I first thought thrips, but after a lengthy inspection under the microscope and magnifier I couldn't find any signs of pests.

These marks appeared seemingly overnight and only on this plant, I proceeded to quarantine it but haven't done anything to treat it yet.

My suspicion? I recently moved and haven't kept up with watering as I used to, from watering twice weekly to once every 10 days. Additionally, as I'm rebuilding my growing area in the new place, the plant has been experiencing lower humidity (45-50%) and was placed in a higher shelf closer to the LED lights. Temperatures are in the 70s, but the shelf probably is hotter, reaching the 80s as the lights from the shelves below heat it up. I think potentially the hotter temperatures, lower humidity, air movement, and lack of watering may have induced some cells to collapse.

I understand watering with cold water can also do this, but I generally keep my RO water in tanks at room temperature and rarely water with "freshly produced" RO. However, I might've overlooked it at some point.

Last option: virus? I believe some black markings are from Quantum, which I use to water. I think this was a seedling from Fred Clarke from two or three years ago. Not suspicious of virus but maybe?

Any pointers would be appreciated!

That looks like heat or light damage. It's a good idea to put thermometers on plants under lights to see what the temperature is at the level of the leaves.
