Normal?

All on the same orchid (it is a catt?), I see 1 yellow leaf, one leaf with a black spot, and, fortunately, new growths.

Should I be concerned?

I haven't seen a black spot on a leaf before (although I'm relatively new to this).

I know leaves can yellow and fall, off but I was concerned that the black spot on a leaf from the same plant as the yellow leaf indicated possible disease.

It looks like mechanical damage to me, and not fresh either. I would recommend keeping an eye that any spots don't increase in size, but this doesn't seem worrisome to my eyes.

The first thing you should look for, when you find spots, is if they spread. If not, then it's usually ok.

I do see a plant that’s too deep, and overpotted.

I do agree here, it could use some smaller medium (it looks like a young plant) and a smaller pot, but overall the plant does not look in bad shape!
