Default What is this??? (Picks)

I discovered this black spots on two of my orchids when i was about to put them outside for the day, and im freaking out here!

Thinking back, i remeber this was on my Oncidium (at least i think its an oncidium...) allready when i got it back in nowember, but i thougt it was supposed to look like that. At that time it was only colored spots, and not scars on the leaf.
This spots are now twice as many, and in a closeup i can also see scars on the leaf-strukture!
Same with the phal, i didnt notice anything before it got a new leaf. This was deformed, and had a black spot. I thought maby it would only effect this leaf, but now i can see its also the same with the little new one whos growing now...
And this thing has spread down to the hole plant...

What is this???
And what to do...?

Help...someone...?

Picks...

Baby-leaf...

I don't know about the phals, but I have the same thing on my oncidiums... thaks okay, I have the spots on both odontocidiums and my onc. sharry baby. My odontocidium came with the strange black marks near the pseudobulb, but hasen't gotten any worse, so i'm guessing its nothing.
Looks kinda like rot on the phals though... do you water at night? maybe the water gets to that area and doesn't dry before night.

Thanks! Its a relive that this can be normal on the oncidium at least!

I dont water late on the day at all, only in the morning, and usually not more than once a week... I spray lightly now this days, because all my plants are outside during the day when its sunny (not in possision to get burned, thou...), but still i only shower in the morning...

hmmm.... thats odd about the phal, but tons of people here know all sorts of fixes to these problems, and it doesn't look to bad, so im sure they'll come up with a solution

I heard the spots on the oncidium come from misting the leaves and bright light, but most of the plants I buy from growers come with it already, so its just something u have to live with!!

What type of oncidium is it anyways?

Anyone who can give me some help about the Phal...?

I have isolated her, what else do i have to do?
I remember reading something about cutting of the bad aera og sprinkle cinnamon on to dry?
But how do i cut when its black all the way down like this, just try to sckrath of the black parts? And do i cut at all?
I really want to fix this, but im afraid to make it worse...

Someone?

Now i have tryed to fix this, by cutting of the damaged parts on the leaf, and some of the black stuff further down. Then i sprinkled some cinnamon on where the cut was and on the black stuff.
As i have read on the forum somewhere, i steralized the knife i used both before cutting, and after.
Since i dont know what this is, i have also taken the orchid away from the others...
The roots seems helthy, and the leaf feels strong. The color also seems right.

Anyone who can comment on the treatment, mabe tell me what this may be? I have read on this forum, and havent found something simulare, therefor i really dont know if i have done the right thing...
