If that arrived recently, that plant should not have been sold. I would contact the seller for a refund.

Do the bumps under the leaves come off when you rub them or try to lift them?

Bumps are indented, they don't come off, don't feel mushy..more like the cells are collapsing. I contacted the seller and have been advised to keep an eye on it, and if it gets worse they will replace it. I was wondering what it was or what caused it for future

In the second photo, with the leaves oriented vertically and your thumb, the crown looks like it might have some fuzzy white material. Do you see that? Look at it with a magnifying glass. I wonder about mealy bugs. But it might be dust, too.

Some sort of white dust that also arrived with the plant. No mealies thank goodness

Looks like something was munching on it. Slugs or roaches would be my guess.
