Bumps - Disease or Structural Damage

I have these 3 bumps on my Phal for months and the one would have a bit of sap. The sap has stopped and now it's a hard spot through to the other side of the leaf. Cause for concern? Or just a blemish? Thank you for any input - Mel

Looks like edema to me.
I believe it’s caused if a plant “drinks” more water than it can evaporate, for instance when watered in the evening on cold nights.

If it’s edema, it’s harmless but unsightly.
