white stuff on orchid

Hello I have one orchid that ahs this white fluffy type stuff on it, I did have a spray for it, but must have used it up and I can't remember what it was called. I am in Kingston Ontario Canada. Any ideas on what is best and hopefully I can get it Kingston, thanks

Photo? Sounds like mealybugs or boisduval scale. You can spray with 70% alcohol, horticultural oil, neem oil or insecticidal soap.
