Default Oncidium titanium treasure white and brown leaf spots

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help me with this issue, I really like this little orchid and it's already been through the wringer. It had root issues so I kept it in a giant glass jar with damp sphagnum moss which worked mirakles but now there's this leaf problem and I'm at a loss of what it could be since I haven't seen any pests:

There are these white spots/streaks on every leaf that look like someone took an eraser to the dark green color. They are not sunken in or anything.
Then we have some light brown spotting mixed in; these are very tiny and a little sunken in with a watery halo, like when you accidentally push your nail into the leaf and it leaves a dent that has a darker edge.
And lastly the big brown spots that are also sunken in but these are dry looking and are not spreading much as far as I can tell. I'm also pretty sure these are old and I'm least worried about them.

Growing conditions:
Until recently this orchid was kept in a glass jar, like I said, in very humid, pretty warm conditions to encourage root growth (basically it had none). Air circulation was probably subpar I admit, it was sacrificed on the altar of high humiditiy, but I had no major mold outbreak so I think there was enough air movement. I always use collected rain water with every plant I have. Might not have fertilized much tho. Light was pretty avarge, maybe on the low side, never in direct sun.

The dark spots look like some sort of bacterial or fungal problem. The light areas might be due to the lack of fertilizing (if it has no roots it can't take up fertilizer even if you apply it though. Try moving out of its enclosed area, to get some air circulation.

Wow my mind immediately went to the worst (virus) and I never even considered this, thanks so much! This division is already out and potted up, it was the first to root and once the bulbs got nice and plump again I took it out, but two others are still struggling (paper thin, wrinkled bulbs and stunted growths). They also have the white spots - obviously - but now I feel better about giving them some more time
