Neem oil?

Supposed to be great stuff and I bought some a week or two ago. I mixed about 1/2 teaspoon in 1 quart of water with about 1/2 teaspoon of dish soap and put in in an atomizer. My biggest problem is ants and spraying it directly on the ant seems to have an instant effect. I guess it's safe to spray on the plants as well but several of mine have developed colony's in the pots and I'm wondering how others have used it. Did you mix in a bucket and drench the whole pot?

You can drench it or spray it on the plant. I buy the concentrate at Neem King
