Default Phalaenopsis legions - What is this?

4 of my phals in my grow room have something weird going on with the leaves. I don't see any pests. Damage to both top and bottom of the leaves.
Thoughts?

Update. Broke out the magnifying glass, little brick red dots amongst the damage, no webbing. Thinking false spider mites.

Yes, that looks like spider mite activity. That suggests your growing area has rather low humidity.

Do false spider mites also dislike humidity? It averages between 75-85%

I'm not sure. I haven't looked at anything with a lens. I spray all my plants with water every few weeks and I don't see mites. The humidity is generally 60% by day, higher at night.

This is the first time I have ever had mites.. I didn't worry about them because of my high humidity. From what I gather, these guys don't mind higher humidity. I think they came in on a staghorn fern that I bought from the clearance rack. I applied a time release pyrethrin (Cyzmic CS) and the damage seems to have stopped progressing.
