Need help identifying these spots on Phalaenopsis leaves

Hello everyone!

The dark spot on newer leaf is not sticky. Also noticed some little spots developing on two flowers. Could anyone let me know if these are concerning and how I should proceed? Thank you so much.
I have attached pictures of both dark spots mentioned, the suspected oedema, and a photo of all angles of my plant in case anyone notices anything else concerning.

I only bottom water when roots are light in color/not green.

Is this a new plant? Much of this looks like mechanical damage to me (not super qualified!), and in most of the pictures, nothing looks amiss. Perhaps circling the pests/dark spots you see would help!

Thank you! Yes, it is a new plant! Only have had it for 2 months. I attached some circles spots. In another group someone mentioned pests, I didn’t initially notice any.

Can you gently try and see if you are able to scrap off those tiny bumps with cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol, just to be sure its not scale. Although it doesnt look like scale sometimes it could be in the initial stages so it might be a good idea to keep a close watch on how these bumps develop and isolate the orchid from other orchids if you have a huge orchid collection and cant risk passing on pests. Also watch out for any sticky residue, white flakes on the leaves. Also get a good magnifying lens that you can use to inspect the orchid for pests.
