Need Your Help Please Sudden Damage To Phal
Default Need Your Help Please Sudden Damage To Phal

Hello everyone,
Three days ago my outdoor orchids were perfect (outdoors in central FL). Tonight I noticed all eight of my plants had this on the stems and leaves. Can you experts please advise what this could be? I have had these orchids for over six years and have never had an issue. Thank you so much!

Welcome to the Orchid Board! Too bad it's under these circumstances.

This is nibbling by some animal. It could be a grasshopper, cockroach, snail, slug, mouse or something else. Maybe other Floridians have seen exactly the same thing and can provide more information.
