Is this leaf pitting due to pests?-pitting-phalaenopsis-leaf-jpg

Do you think the pitting on this Phalaenopsis leaf is due to pests? If so, what kind? Or do you think it's something else? Thank you!

First, Welcome!

That looks to me like old damage. Maybe it was insect damage in the past, but it appears dried up and so should be no problem. Just observe... if it gets worse, then there is an ongoing problem to address. But if not, old damage isn't going to go away but won't do any harm either.
