I have noticed this spotting on the newest growth my wildcat king snake has put out. Should I be concerned about a virus?

Oncidiums are very susceptible to spots like this. You wont be able to cure them after the fact but establishing beneficial bacteria in your plant will help prevent future spots. If you don't care the plants are usually fine.

Products:
EM-1 (you can ferment this to make EM-5 which will help a lot)
Inocucor
Tribus Original
Quantum Total
Lactic Acid Bacteria Serum (LABS)

I know oncidiums are susceptible to spotting on the leaves, just wasn't sure since this spotting popped up on a new growth. I already use quantum total on my plants about once a month or so....usually when I remember to add it. Thanks!!!

Being pale spots on new growth, rather than dark on old, I would guess either it was sprayed with something the surface tissue didn’t like or it was attacked by a mite or insect.

Those are both possibilities....I have been away from home more often at the moment since I took a travel nurse position. I know someone that came to feed my pets said they misted many of my orchids the other day when I asked them to mist my mounted orchid so honestly when I am not here, I have no clue what is done with them and i have little time to really sit and inspect them for any insects. I have a few days off coming up and I may check them over super well then. Thanks!

Cold droplets hitting sun-warmed leaves can do that. Probably nothing to worry about unless it spreads.
