Phal leaves with creamish tiny bumps

Hi again Orchid pals,

One of my phals has recently developed small creamish white bumps and I'm worried if it could be baby scale. If I wipe it off with isopropyl alcohol and little pressure and it comes off. Could this be scale. I know the typical scale pictures I've seen on the internet look bigger but these bumps are tiny and suddenly appeared. I'm a bit worried about transfering pest to my orchid collection. Please share your expert suggestions. On another note this plant was on the window sill for sometime and developed reddish leaves probably due to cold now I moved it out from the window sill.
