Thank y'all so much! Okay, so I found this stuff and these plastic net pots in Amazon, is this bark or these pots any good?

Also, should I go ahead and get the roots cleaned off and just have it bare root until I do get the bark and new pot?

I had a noid phal which got leaf pitting similar to your first picture. I could never figure out what the issue was. I never saw any kind of pests on it. Tried cleaning leaves with ISP alcohol but that didnt work. I tried some natural fungicide but thst also didn't help. I hope you will be able to figure out what the issue is.
