Onc Sharry baby leaf with scrapes

Hello Orchid friends,

I've recently noticed some scrapes on one of my sharry babys leaves. I've noticed these kind of scrapes appearing on my onc type orchids. These scraps are definitely not from mechanical damage and I'm wondering if this is caused by some kind of pest? I recently treated this orchid for scale. I ordered this plant from emerald orchids and was very disappointed as they sent me a plant that didn't look healthy broken down media. So please be careful when ordering from them. Now I'm wondering if I should isolate the plant. Suggestions please?
